31 built-in tools in one app. Job cards with complaint, cause and correction, a full costing card, a printable job card and a bay board by status; labour lines, an effective-rate view comparing the rate you post with the rate you actually achieve, efficiency of booked against actual time per tech and per job, and the technician register; parts with cost, markup and sell price, a markup ladder showing what each band does to price AND to margin, margin achieved against a target you set, stock against par and an order sheet grouped by supplier with lead times; quotes that convert into jobs, invoicing, and job profit combining the labour and parts sides; the vehicle register with odometer history and projection, full service history, customers and their spend; plus reminders by date or odometer, a due-now board, reports and CSV export.

Effective rate. Labour charged divided by ACTUAL hours worked. Charge 2.4 hours at $95 and finish in 2.0, and the bay earned $114 an hour, not $95. That gap is the business.

Markup ladder. A part at $140 with 35% markup sells at $189 — that is a 25.9% margin, not 35%. The ladder shows both for every band so the two can never be confused.

Job profit. Labour charged less the tech cost for actual hours, plus parts sold less parts cost. Shop supplies are excluded and the app says why.
