32 built-in tools in one app. A grant register holding the holder, the plan, the start, the end, the recorded status and the auto-renew flag, with a detail page per grant, a holders view and an overlaps view that finds people holding two grants at once; a plan list carrying price, term length and grace days; a calendar, lists of what is expiring inside a horizon you set, what has expired, what is in GRACE — a derived state of its own, never folded into active — a grace-policy page and a lapsed list, with every grant's DERIVED state set against its RECORDED one and every disagreement reported rather than silently corrected; renewals, auto-renew, extensions, pauses that push the end date by exactly the paused days and state whether those days are billed, and resumes; upgrades, downgrades, a proration engine and a credit view — 100 days into a 365-day term, an upgrade from 120 to 300 credits 87.123288 for the unused part, charges 217.808219 for the remainder and leaves 130.684932 due, with the same shape downgraded producing a CREDIT of 130.684932 rather than a negative charge; prorated refunds, clawback, revoke and reinstate, with a refund larger than what the register says was paid refused rather than issued; plus a timeline per holder, reports, CSV export, a JSON backup, and a Method page holding every formula with a worked example.

Term end. 365 days from 2026-03-01 ends 2027-02-28 — start + 364 — because an inclusive term of N days spans N−1 boundaries. A 1-day term starts and ends on the same day, and a zero-day term is refused rather than computed.

Proration. 100 days into a 365-day term, 265 remain. The unused credit on a 120 plan is 120 × 265 ÷ 365 = 87.123288; the new 300 plan for that remainder is 217.808219; 130.684932 is due. Credit plus difference returns the new cost exactly, and Entitle checks that before showing you anything.

Prorated refunds. 30 days used of 365 refunds 120 × 335 ÷ 365 = 110.136986 and keeps 9.863014 — and the two return the full price. A refund larger than what the register says was paid is refused with the two figures shown, rather than issued and reconciled later.

Every figure it reports is computed by a stated formula from the prices, counts, dates and rates YOU enter, and every rate names the denominator it was taken over, because the same word — churn, recovery, uplift — means different things over different bases. It enforces no licence and grants no access: it records what you have decided and shows you what those decisions add up to, so your billing system, your payment provider and your own records remain the authority on what any customer is actually owed or owes. A model of a price rise, a retry schedule or a bundle is a projection from assumptions you set and is not a forecast.
