Your tools, working together.

Aceplore Hub is a free, downloadable command centre for organising the digital tools you use and the work that moves between them. Keep a personal tool library, turn a project into connected steps, record useful file handoffs and make your backup routine visible.

Give every tool a home

  • Register your tools with categories, versions, tags, notes and a file-location reference.
  • Pin frequently used tools, search your library and archive records you no longer use.
  • Explore an offline reference catalogue of 280 Aceplore products and add entries to your library. Catalogue entries are descriptions, not included software or proof of ownership.

Move a project from input to handoff

  • Build a project around a clear outcome, due date and practical steps.
  • Link a tool, required input, expected output and prerequisite to each step. See what is ready, blocked or needs rechecking.
  • Start with templates for content campaigns, client delivery, student research, digital product releases or maker batch records.
  • Export a Markdown runbook with the project's steps and handoff references.

Keep versions and handoffs clear

  • Record a deliverable's filename, location, version, project and source/destination tool.
  • Track ready, accepted and needs-changes states; copy a handoff brief or export a CSV register.
  • Register backup locations, independent-copy checks and restore-check notes.
  • Inspect files you select locally and compare their size and SHA-256 fingerprint where supported. Matching fingerprints confirm matching bytes; they do not prove a file is safe or restorable.

Included

  • Hub.html — the self-contained browser app.
  • START-HERE guide and 8-page field guide.
  • 6-page printable operations toolkit, backup-drill worksheet and worked project example.
  • Blank library and handoff CSV worksheets.

How it works

Extract the ZIP and open Hub.html in a modern desktop browser. No account or subscription is required. The app itself has no network dependency; opening a web-tool link you supplied uses the internet. Hub saves its records in that browser on that device where browser storage is available. Export dated Hub JSON backups regularly.

Hub records tool locations and file references. It does not automatically scan your PC, install or run local tools, read another app's private storage, transmit handoff files, or synchronise apps. Hub backups contain Hub records and metadata, not your other tools or their files. Selected file contents are read locally for inspection and are not retained in the workspace. Catalogue details are a snapshot dated 1 October 2026 and may change. CSV worksheets are standalone resources, not app-import files. Product screenshots use fictional example data.

Personal covers individual, non-commercial use. Commercial covers client and commercial work. Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier above.
