Bundle — Bundle Pricing & Cannibalisation — a premium, 100% offline digital tool by Aceplore. Runs entirely in your browser: no accounts, no subscriptions, your data never leaves your device.

A private, offline analyser for bundles and multi-product offers — what the discount really is, how much of the bundle revenue simply moved off your best seller, and what is genuinely incremental — 31 tools in one, and the naive figure is shown beside the real one so the gap is impossible to miss.

31 built-in tools in one app. An item list with prices, unit costs and whether each is sold standalone, a bundle list with components, price and active dates, detail pages for both and a builder that assembles a bundle and prices it as you go; component sums, the discount in money and percent, a price ladder across your bundles and a margin view that carries unit cost through to contribution; attach rate over the orders you actually recorded rather than over bundle units, a mix view and an overlap view showing which bundles compete for the same components; the cannibalisation block that is the point of the app — a rate taken from survey responses where you have them and from an assumption you set where you do not, LABELLED either way and never presented as the other, incremental buyers, displaced component revenue priced at the anchor the survey named, and INCREMENTAL revenue set beside the NAIVE read that counts the whole bundle take as new money, with the gap between them stated as its own figure; a sensitivity table across cannibalisation rates, a computed break-even rate, saved scenarios and a bundle comparison; standalone impact, seasonality, the sales log and an anchor-component view; plus reports, CSV exports of items, bundles, sales, surveys, orders and scenarios, a JSON backup, and a Method page holding every formula with a worked example.

Incremental vs naive. Bundle revenue 9,000, displaced 4,060, incremental 4,940 — and the naive read that counts all 9,000 as new is shown beside it with the 4,060 overstatement named. Incremental plus displaced always returns the whole bundle revenue, so neither can drift.

Discount. 29 + 19 + 15 is 63; a bundle at 45 is 18 off, or 28.571429%. Components with no price are named and excluded rather than treated as free, and a component not sold standalone is flagged, because it cannot be displaced from a sale it was never available for.

Attach rate. 200 bundles across 900 orders is 22.222222%. The denominator is the orders you recorded, and the rate is also shown over just the months the bundle was actually on sale — a bundle launched in month nine should not be rated against the whole year.

Bundle is an analysis, modelling and record-keeping tool for people who run memberships, licences and subscriptions. Every figure it reports is computed by a stated formula from the prices, counts, dates and rates YOU enter, and every rate names the denominator it was taken over, because the same word — churn, recovery, uplift — means different things over different bases. It enforces no licence and grants no access: it records what you have decided and shows you what those decisions add up to, so your billing system, your payment provider and your own records remain the authority on what any customer is actually owed or owes. A model of a price rise, a retry schedule or a bundle is a projection from assumptions you set and is not a forecast. Nothing here is a guarantee of revenue, retention or recovery, and none of it is business, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice — have refunds, proration, consumer-rights and tax questions reviewed by a qualified professional before you act on them. You are solely responsible for your own pricing and billing decisions.

Each product ships with a clear license tier. Personal covers individual, non-commercial use; Commercial covers client and commercial work; Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier on this page.
