31 built-in tools in one app. A day column per stylist, a week grid, the full appointment list, an appointment card and a booking screen that shows the price, the product cost and the chair-hour rate BEFORE you confirm, plus a gaps view valuing the unbooked time in your day; clients with full visit history, colour formulas per client and a colour-cost calculator by the gram; the service menu with time, price and product cost, a service-pricing view built around revenue per chair-hour, and a printable price list; the team with per-stylist takings, commission on an editable rate with the base stated, utilisation against contracted hours, and revenue per chair-hour by stylist; takings split between service and retail, average ticket over completed visits only, rebooking rate, retention and visit interval, and what no-shows cost; plus retail with markup and margin both shown, stock against par, reports and CSV export.

Service pricing. A $65 service in 45 minutes earns $86.67 an hour of chair time; the same price over 90 minutes earns $43.33. Same money, half the value — and this view makes that impossible to miss.

Utilisation. Per stylist against contracted hours and per chair against opening hours, so you can see whether the problem is demand or capacity.

Commission. Rates and bases differ by contract, so both are yours to set — and the app says whether retail is in the base rather than leaving it implied.
