31 built-in tools in one app. The fleet register with a card per vehicle, a registration form capturing the purchase figures, and drivers with licence expiry; odometer history, a trip log, distance by month and a business-versus-private split; the fuel log, an economy view computed only between full fill-ups and convertible between mpg and L/100km, fuel cost per distance and a price watch over time; costs by kind, cost per distance over a stated period, monthly running cost, straight-line depreciation with a book value that floors at the residual, total cost of ownership per year and per distance, and a two-vehicle comparison; plus service history, what is due now by date or by odometer projection, a forward schedule, a tyre register with life against expectation, expiry reminders, reports and CSV export.

Fuel economy. 480 miles on 12 US gallons is 40.0 mpg. A part-fill in between is excluded rather than silently averaged in, and the app tells you it was excluded.

Cost per distance. Total costs over a period divided by distance over the SAME period, with the period stated. $8,400 over 12,000 miles is $0.70 a mile.

Due now. Odometer projection from the vehicle’s own reading history, so distance-based services are due on a real date rather than a guess.
