FoldPath by Aceplore is a downloadable packaging prototype and production studio. Build around your product's measurements, keep your designs organized, and see the sheet quantities and costs behind your next batch.

A complete workspace for your packaging ideas

• Design Studio: four constructions — tray and sleeve, open tray, tray with telescoping lid, and standalone band. Personalize dimensions, clearance, measured stock thickness, fit allowances, brand label and color.
• Interactive preview: zoom, pan, fit the view, switch components, inspect cut and score paths, and view a construction-specific assembled schematic.
• Project Library: save, search, reopen and duplicate your designs; start from editable examples; use undo/redo and portable project/library backups.
• Production Planner: choose or customize sheet stock, compare permitted rotations, account for overage and spoilage, inspect repeated sheet layouts, and plan selected saved projects together.
• Cost Lab: include material, assembly labor, finishing, setup and overhead. Explore quantity scenarios, target margin, entered selling price and estimated profit, with a whole-sheet break-even search where a result can be verified.
• Useful exports: physical-millimeter component and sheet SVGs, CSV planning data, JSON backups, a readable report preview and a portable printable HTML report.
• Comfortable controls: dedicated screens, larger readable type, keyboard-friendly forms and a persistent reading-size setting.

How to start: extract the entire ZIP and open app/index.html in a current desktop Chromium browser. Keep the app files together. No account, subscription or external network dependency is required by the application. Use Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application for the workbook, and a PDF viewer for the guide and test record.

Project data stays in your browser/device storage when available. Download backups for safekeeping. The workbook is a separate planning companion; its edits do not synchronize with the app. Currency labels do not perform currency conversion.

• Personal — CAD 39: one named user for their own projects, including their own business. Client services excluded.
• Commercial — CAD 79: one named user for their own and client projects.
• Extended — CAD 149: up to 25 named users in one organization for their own and client projects.

One-time purchase for this version, before applicable taxes. Physical packaging you make may be used or sold within your tier's permitted projects. Commercial and Extended users may give clients project-specific geometry-only flat SVGs and generated project reports. Redistribution of the app, source, workbook, guides or bundled samples, or offering the app as a hosted service, is excluded. Full terms are supplied in your selected download.

Prototype and planning scope

FoldPath produces prototype geometry and planning estimates. Physical assembly, material behavior and specific cutter compatibility remain unverified. Confirm scale and machine operations and test one complete prototype before a batch. The assembled view is a schematic. Sheet planning uses rectangular repetition on separate sheets for each component and project; it does not perform contour or mixed-part nesting. Prices and profit depend on your inputs; tax, shipping and equipment depreciation are not added automatically. Break-even searches cover up to 1,000,000 ordered units and report when a result is unavailable or the search limit is reached.
