Hoopwork — Stitch Counts, Thread & Run Time — a premium, 100% offline digital tool by Aceplore. Runs entirely in your browser: no accounts, no subscriptions, your data never leaves your device.
A private, offline production desk for machine embroidery — thread from stitches through a factor you set, a job time that counts colour changes and trims, stabiliser costed by the hoop, and multi-head modelled as units rather than speed. 35 tools in one.
35 built-in tools in one app. A design library by stitch count with colour stops, size and a computed density; a colourway view splitting stitches by stop with a reconciliation against the design total; a thread register and a usage view converting stitches to metres through a CONSUMPTION FACTOR YOU SET — printed beside the result, because that factor moves with density, fabric and underlay and the figure is only as good as it is; bobbin thread from an editable ratio, thread cost per design and per unit, and a cones view showing when a cone runs out mid-job; a stabiliser register and a usage view costing stabiliser by the HOOP rather than the design, since a 100 mm design in a 200 mm hoop consumes the hoop's area and costing it by the design understates it fourfold; hoops and a fits view; machines with heads, needles and speeds; a run-time view giving the stitching minutes, and a JOB-TIME view totalling setup plus run plus colour changes plus trims, with setup paid ONCE per job while run time is paid per unit; a multi-head view modelling heads as MULTIPLYING UNITS rather than dividing time; throughput per hour and per shift, a schedule against machine hours and a capacity view; cost per unit, a printable quote, quantity breaks and planned-against-actual runs; plus CSV exports, a JSON backup and a Method page.
Top. 28,400 stitches at 4.2 m/1000 is 119.28 m.
Stitching. 28,400 at 750 spm — and that is not the job.

Hoopwork is a planning, costing and record-keeping tool for craft and workshop work. Every figure it reports is computed by a stated formula from the measurements, prices and rates YOU enter, and every figure carries its UNIT. Grams and millilitres are never treated as interchangeable: wherever a mass becomes a volume or the reverse, the DENSITY used is printed beside the result and is yours to change. Every percentage names the quantity it is a percentage of at the point of use, because a rate on the wax is not a rate on the finished candle, a superfat is a reduction of the lye rather than an addition of oil, and a depth of shade is against the dry fibre rather than the bath. Saponification values, densities, shrinkage rates, cone references, thread factors, setts, feed rates, gauges and waste allowances are REFERENCE FIGURES that vary by supplier, batch and machine: each one is editable data, is shown beside the result it produced, and is a starting point to verify against your own supplier rather than a fact. Where a craft involves a caustic, a solvent, a kiln, a laser, a dye powder or a heat source, the hazard is stated where the calculation appears — this is a calculator and a record, not a safety authority, and it is no substitute for the manufacturer's and supplier's own safety data. It runs entirely in your browser with no network access of any kind and reports only what you recorded. It does not promise an outcome: not a successful firing, not a cured casting, not a safe or skin-safe batch, not a food-safe glaze, not a saleable piece.
Each product ships with a clear license tier. Personal covers individual, non-commercial use; Commercial covers client and commercial work; Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier on this page.
