LaunchForge is a complete, private, 100% offline operating system for a product launch — courses, cohorts, memberships, software, template bundles, books — 15 integrated modules and 39 tools in a single HTML file, plus a live 11-sheet Excel workbook. Nothing installs. No account. No revenue figure ever leaves your computer.
The number every launch report gets wrong
Every launch produces one figure that gets repeated afterwards: the revenue. It is the least useful number in the whole event, because it contains the discount you gave away, the sales that would have arrived anyway, the advertising, your own weeks of work, and the trade you quietly borrowed from the month that followed.
The worked example inside took $124,649 at list price across six launches. After the discount ($32,437), the ordinary trade during the cart window ($1,946), the advertising ($9,300), 495 hours at $75 ($37,125) and the sales pulled forward out of the following weeks ($18,310), $25,531 of it was new money. Twenty per cent. Fifty-two dollars an hour.
The biggest launch of the six — the record week, $33,169 in five days — returned $23 an hour. The best returned $220 and took a third of the time. Gross and lift disagree about which launches were good, and only one of them predicts next year.
Twenty-one screens
The launch — Launch Register · True Launch Lift (the flagship waterfall) · Readiness & Go/No-Go, fifteen weighted checks across ten workstreams · Launch Runbook, every task by phase from eight weeks out to the week after the cart closes.
Audience — Waitlist & Signups · Signup Decay: what a signup is worth depending on how long before launch it arrived. In the sample, $1.62 twelve weeks out against $16.08 in the final week — for the same acquisition cost · Email Sequences, priced per thousand sent, with the unsubscribe total nobody adds up · Channels & Cost per Signup, where paid ads pay $249 to win a sale worth $133.
The offer — Tiers and the discount ladder · Bonuses & Stack with the hours each one cost and the share of buyers who claimed it · Forecast vs Actual · Objections, priced.
After the launch — Beta & Feedback · Press & Partner Outreach ranked by what it delivered rather than reach · Post-Launch Review · Roadmap ranked by votes per week of work.
Eight calculators
True lift · Waitlist sizing · Discount cost · Launch break-even with your own hours counted · Sequence model · Price ladder · Pull-forward · Launch or evergreen — whether this should be a launch at all, run before the first task goes on the runbook.
Twelve copy-ready messages
The waitlist invite and the “nearly there” update · the beta invite · the affiliate ask · doors open · the objection email · the last call · the buyer welcome · the non-buyer follow-up · the refund reply · the retro prompt · the “it is closed” note. They fill in from your own launch.

Genuinely private. It makes no network requests of any kind. Revenue, list size and margin are among the more sensitive things about a small business. Everything stays in your own browser, on your own machine, and is never transmitted anywhere.
LaunchForge performs arithmetic on figures you supply. It is not accounting, tax, legal or marketing-compliance advice, and its forward-looking figures are projections from your own assumptions.
Personal covers individual, non-commercial use. Commercial covers client and commercial work. Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier above.
