Grow it. Send it. Keep it.
ListForge is a complete, private, 100% offline operating system for an email list — newsletters, paid tiers, sponsorships, lead magnets and everything that feeds them. 15 integrated modules and 39 tools in a single HTML file, plus a live 11-sheet Excel workbook. Nothing installs. No account. No subscriber figure ever leaves your computer.
The half of your list nobody measures
Every email platform shows you the same three numbers: list size, open rate, click rate. None of them tells you which half of the list is worth emailing.
The worked example inside has 14,800 subscribers, of whom 7,560 have not opened anything in six months. They produced $758 between them all year against $30,218 from everybody else, and they cost $720 a year to hold. On money alone, suppressing them is close to a wash — and the app says so plainly. The reason to do it is the other number:
Open rate today: 22.9%. Open rate after suppressing the tail: 46%. Same opens, smaller denominator. Every large provider treats engagement as a placement signal, so the engaged half is currently paying for the inactive half twice — once in platform fees and once in where the emails land.
Twenty-one screens
The list — Subscriber Register split by last open · The Inactive Tail (the flagship) · Growth & Churn, where the sample added 9,940 people and kept 4,740 · Where They Come From, pricing every channel per signup and per signup who still opens ninety days later — a giveaway at $0.94 a signup turns out to cost $15.65 a signup who stays.
Growing it — Lead Magnets with the hours costed · Signup Forms ranked by keepers per hundred views · Search & Discovery, the only channel whose cost falls every year · Referrals, against every channel you could buy instead.
Sending — Issue Ledger priced per thousand sent · Subject Lines and what won · Automations ranked by revenue per subscriber who entered · Deliverability: twelve weighted checks, complaint and bounce rates, and inbox-versus-spam placement weighted by how much of your list each provider represents.
The money — Revenue per Subscriber, quoted across the whole list and planned across the engaged · Sponsorships, showing the CPM you quote ($22) against the CPM you deliver ($102) · Paid Subscriptions with churn and lifetime value · Platform Costs as the staircase they actually are.
Eight calculators
Cost of the tail · Real growth · Subscriber lifetime value · Lead magnet payback · Sponsorship rate priced on opens · Paid newsletter model · Send frequency, where extra revenue and extra unsubscribes cross · Re-engagement, counting the permission to suppress as well as the people won back.
Twelve copy-ready messages
The welcome email · the lead magnet delivery · the second welcome · the content upgrade pitch · the referral ask · “are you still there” · the last one before suppression · the list-cleaning notice · the sponsorship pitch · a media kit in one page · the paid upgrade pitch · the frequency change notice.

Genuinely private. It makes no network requests of any kind, and it is designed to work on counts and totals rather than on named subscribers. Everything stays in your own browser and is never transmitted anywhere.
ListForge performs arithmetic on figures you supply. It is not legal, tax, data-protection or marketing-compliance advice, and its deliverability checks are operational good practice rather than a compliance checklist.
Personal covers individual, non-commercial use. Commercial covers client and commercial work. Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier above.
