31 built-in tools in one app. A ratio check per room for today against who is actually present, the editable ratio table by age band, staffing requirements, the rota against those requirements and the qualified share against a threshold you set; rooms with capacity, occupancy and the peak days where you are turning families away; the register with a card per child, age bands, who moves room next and what that does to each room, the weekly pattern grid and the waiting list; daily attendance with a day summary and absence rates; the team and their qualifications; and session types, fees per week from the booked pattern, funded hours with the billable balance, invoices, an ageing outstanding list and revenue by room; plus reports and CSV export.

Ratio check. 13 children at 1:3 requires 5 adults, not 4 — rounding down is how a room goes out of ratio on paper. If you are short it says short by how many, so you know what to fix.

Occupancy & Peak days. Places filled against capacity by room and by day, so the days you are turning families away are visible.

Funded hours. A child booked 40 hours with 30 funded is billed for 10 — both numbers shown, and a fully funded child bills exactly zero rather than a negative.
