Recur — MRR, Churn & Retention Analytics — a premium, 100% offline digital tool by Aceplore. Runs entirely in your browser: no accounts, no subscriptions, your data never leaves your device.

A private, offline analytics desk for recurring revenue — an MRR bridge that has to close, every churn rate over the denominator it was actually taken from, and cohort survival that flags a rise instead of drawing it — 32 tools in one, and a zero churn rate reports no LTV at all rather than an infinite one.

32 built-in tools in one app. A member roster with start, end and reactivation dates, a plan list, a movement log holding the five kinds — new, expansion, reactivation, contraction and churn — and a snapshot per month for opening and closing MRR; an MRR bridge that computes the close from the parts and then RECONCILES it against the closing figure you recorded, reporting the variance and refusing to average the two when they disagree, with a bridge history and a net-new view beside it; a page per movement kind showing what it did to the month and which members it came from; gross revenue churn, net revenue churn — which can go NEGATIVE, and is labelled net expansion when it does rather than printed as a negative churn — logo churn over the member count rather than the money, NRR, GRR, ARPA and the quick ratio, each stating the denominator it used and each recomputable on an opening or closing basis you choose; LTV as ARPA over the churn rate with the constant-churn assumption written on the page, a cap in months you set, and NO figure at all when the rate is zero or negative, because an infinite lifetime renders as a very large number and reads as a real one; cohort tables, a survival curve that flags a rise in a closed cohort as a data error instead of plotting it as a recovery, cohort revenue, a revenue-concentration view with the top-N share and a forecast over a window you set; plus reports, CSV exports of members, movements, snapshots, cohorts and every rate, a JSON backup, and a Method page holding each formula with a worked example.

MRR bridge. Opening + new + expansion + reactivation − contraction − churn. 42,000 + 6,500 + 2,800 + 900 − 1,400 − 3,900 is 46,900, with net new 4,900. Gained less lost equals net new by construction, and the page shows both sides.

Gross & net churn. (1,400 + 3,900) ÷ 42,000 is 12.619048% gross. Subtract expansion and reactivation and net revenue churn is 3.809524% — and where expansion outweighs the losses it goes negative: −4.047619% is labelled net EXPANSION, not printed as a negative churn rate.

Survival. 100 → 82 → 71 → 64 is a valid survival curve. A rise in a closed cohort is impossible, so Recur flags it as a data error and refuses to plot it as a recovery — the alternative is a chart that quietly rewards a mistake in the roster.

Recur is an analysis, modelling and record-keeping tool for people who run memberships, licences and subscriptions. Every figure it reports is computed by a stated formula from the prices, counts, dates and rates YOU enter, and every rate names the denominator it was taken over, because the same word — churn, recovery, uplift — means different things over different bases. It enforces no licence and grants no access: it records what you have decided and shows you what those decisions add up to, so your billing system, your payment provider and your own records remain the authority on what any customer is actually owed or owes. A model of a price rise, a retry schedule or a bundle is a projection from assumptions you set and is not a forecast. Nothing here is a guarantee of revenue, retention or recovery, and none of it is business, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice — have refunds, proration, consumer-rights and tax questions reviewed by a qualified professional before you act on them. You are solely responsible for your own pricing and billing decisions.

Each product ships with a clear license tier. Personal covers individual, non-commercial use; Commercial covers client and commercial work; Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier on this page.
