32 built-in tools in one app. A job pipeline by status with a card per job; measured areas with an area and linear-metre calculator, a takeoff applying each material’s waste factor, a packs-to-buy view that rounds UP and reports the offcut in quantity and money, and the waste factors themselves; materials with coverage and pack size; labour lines by workers, hours and rate with man-hours and a blended rate, plant and hire, subcontractors and a cost summary; markup on cost and margin on price as separate views plus a side-by-side comparison and a contingency line kept visible rather than buried; quotes, variations with their approval state and a revised total that counts approved ones only; and stage payments, actual costs by kind, job profit against the revised total, an overruns list, win rate excluding open work, reports and CSV export.

Packs to buy. 100 m² at 8% waste is 108 m²; at 2.5 m² a pack that is 44 packs, not 43, and the 2.0 m² offcut is priced so you can see what you are paying to throw away.

Markup vs margin. On a $1,000 cost: a 25% markup prices at $1,250, which is a 20% margin. A 25% margin prices at $1,333.33, which needs a 33.3% markup. $83.33 apart on one job, and the app shows both.

Variations & Revised total. Extras count towards the revised total only once approved; unapproved work is listed separately as risk, because that is what it is.
