Build it. List it. Sell it again.

VaultForge is a complete, private, 100% offline operating system for a digital product business — templates, spreadsheets, printables, Canva kits, presets, prompt packs, courses — 15 integrated modules and 39 tools in a single HTML file, plus a live 11-sheet Excel workbook. Nothing installs. No account. No revenue figure ever leaves your computer.

The column every sales dashboard is missing

Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify and Stripe all tell you what sold. None of them knows how long anything took to make. So the catalogue grows by instinct: another product, another week, another listing that will probably do about as well as the last one.

VaultForge records the build hours alongside the money, and the comparison is brutal. In the worked example inside, 22 of 34 products have never earned back the hours that made them — 427 hours and $18,491 still outstanding. The best product in the shop was built in nine hours and has returned $5,195 for every one of them. The one that took thirty-one has returned nothing at all. Build time and return are almost completely uncorrelated, and knowing that before you start the next product is worth more than any single listing in the shop.

Twenty-one screens

Overview — Command Center: what the shop earns, what it keeps, and everything currently recoverable, priced and ranked.

The catalogue — Product Catalogue · Build Payback (the flagship: every product against the hours that made it, with the ones that never repaid) · Revenue Concentration (how few products the shop rests on, and what happens the month one stops) · Build Roadmap (what to make next, ranked by what your own catalogue already proves).

Selling — Sales Ledger · Channels & Fees, modelling percentage, fixed and per-listing charges so you can see the identical sale on every platform · Pricing & Price Tests, with the cushion a price rise actually has · Refunds & Disputes as a diagnostic rather than an accounting line.

Getting found — Traffic & Conversion with revenue per hundred views · Listing Quality, eight checks per product with the revenue sitting behind every weak one · Email Funnel, ending in the number most sellers have never calculated: what one subscriber is worth · Launch Tracker, forecast against reality.

After the sale — Bundles & Cross-sell with a cannibalisation assumption applied · Support & Delivery, separating the tickets that were preventable · Licences & Protection, showing where your terms leave an obvious tier unsold · Costs & Tools.

Eight calculators

Build payback · Price test (how many sales a rise can afford to lose) · Channel take-home · Funnel model · Bundle pricing · Refund cost · Launch model · Build this or not — the next idea priced against the hours, before you start it.

Twelve copy-ready messages

The listing description that converts · the rewrite brief for a weak listing · the pre-launch, launch and last-call emails · the refund reply that keeps the relationship · the extended licence offer · the price rise notice · the delivery email · the saved reply for “how do I open it” · the post-purchase cross-sell · the update announcement. They fill in from your own figures.

Genuinely private. It makes no network requests of any kind. Your revenue, your margins and your unit counts are among the more sensitive things about a small business. Everything stays in your own browser, on your own machine, and is never transmitted anywhere.

VaultForge performs arithmetic on figures you supply. It is not accounting, tax, legal or intellectual-property advice, and the licence screen is a commercial planning tool rather than a licence agreement.

Personal covers individual, non-commercial use. Commercial covers client and commercial work. Extended adds resale and SaaS rights. Pick your tier above.
